All my life, I’ve carried a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. It's more than just a wish – it's a need, a kind of calling that fills my heart. If I had a magic wand, I'd use it to heal minds and uplift spirits, bringing joy and well-being to everyone I meet. This yearning has shaped my journey and continues to guide my choices, constantly pushing me to seek ways to bring light into people's lives.

Over time, I found that this drive to bring joy and support to others naturally blended with my work. I discovered that leading teams was the perfect space for me to fulfil this purpose. Leadership, for me, is not about being in charge – it's about serving. It means lifting people up, helping them discover strengths they didn't know they had, and guiding them to overcome challenges. It's about creating an environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.

When I lead, it never feels like just a job; it's a chance to help others grow, to be a catalyst for their success, and to share in their journeys. Helping people and teams transcend their own limits is incredibly rewarding. It fills my workdays with purpose, transforming them into something more than just tasks or responsibilities. To me, leadership is a powerful way to care for others, to inspire growth, and to be part of something greater than myself. That’s why every day feels less like work and more like a calling, a way to make a real difference in the lives of those around me.

As my journey unfolded, I found myself drawn to roles where I could harness my passion for people and bring it into the corporate world. Today, as a Commercial Corporate Leader and Executive Coach, my focus is all about performance – but not just the kind that’s measured by numbers on a page. I bring performance to companies by focusing on people and purpose, aiming to create workplaces that are not only effective but deeply fulfilling. I believe that when people feel genuinely connected to their work and their purpose, incredible things happen – not just for the individuals involved, but for the entire organization.

Currently, I serve as Chief Customer Officer on the Executive Board of Breitling. It’s a role that allows me to put my philosophy into practice, ensuring that we’re delivering value, not only to our customers but also to our people. I live in Switzerland with my family – the love of my life, our energetic twin cherubs, and Milka, our always-affectionate dog. 

While Switzerland is home, my curiosity for the world began early. It led me to an exchange year in Indiana during my teens, followed by a master's in marketing and communications in San Francisco. These experiences sparked a lifelong passion for exploring other cultures, setting the foundation for a global career.

With over 20 years of experience spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, I've been fortunate to work across a variety of industries, including Luxury, Advertising, and FMCG. My focus has always been on sales, marketing, communication, and enhancing both customer and employee experiences. This breadth of experience has given me a unique perspective on what drives businesses forward: people and the connections we foster.

As an executive coach, my specialization is in change management, and I work to align the needs of employers and employees in a way that nurtures well-being and optimizes performance. To bring this vision to life, I created the FLOW4U and FLOW@WORK Programs, focusing on Flow Leadership and the Power of the 3Ps: People, Purpose and Performance. By creating environments that support flow – where people feel engaged and energized by their work – we can achieve results that are both meaningful and sustainable.

I believe deeply in the power of caring leadership. Together, let’s dare to care, let’s nurture growth and plant the seeds of change that will help individuals, teams, and entire organizations flourish. This isn’t just about transforming the workplace; it’s about creating a culture that values well-being as much as it values results – because when people thrive, even the sky is no longer the limit – the stars become our destination.
