Kasia Hein-Peters

Kasia Hein-Peters, MD, is a healthcare strategist with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and digital health industries. She completed her medical degree and psychiatric residency at the Medical University of Wroclaw, Poland, before embarking on a career leading transformative initiatives at global companies such as Eli Lilly, Merck (MSD), Novartis, Sanofi, and Terumo. 

Always driven by the need to improve patients’ lives, Kasia’s work has been instrumental in launching first-in-class treatments that have redefined medical care standards.

As the founder of Abante Scientific, Kasia leverages her extensive expertise to empower life science entrepreneurs and drive innovation. Her passion led her to her current role as a licensed innovation management practitioner at Innovation360 Group, where she helps develop innovation strategies and implement systematic innovation management processes. 

Her dedication to innovation extends to mentoring early-stage startup founders and the next generation of pioneers in healthcare.

Kasia combines her love for nature with photography. She often explores the ghost towns and mountains surrounding her home in Las Vegas, Nevada.
