I'm Paul and I live and work in London, UK. I write about and publish books because they have the power to change lives. They have changed mine, and I'm sure yours as well.

So I set out to find and publish books that have the power to change lives. And one such book is the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam, translated with amazing beauty by Edward Fitzgerald.

When I first read the Rubaiyat I didn't know anything about it, Khayyam or FitzGerald. But when I started learning about them the poem I saw the Rubaiyat under a different light. It revealed a new world, two worlds, in fact: the East and the West of the past and of the present.

I am humbled to have been able to publish a book about Rubaiyat. I hope when you read it, you will enjoy it as much as I did putting it together.

The next title in the series is going to be a selection of stories by Boccaccio called, “The Man Who Slept with Nine Nuns, and other Love and Life Stories.”
